About the Journal
IPAK-EDU LLC, founded in 2020, aims to publish objectively and ethically conducted studies and other scientific publications following rigorous peer review while eschewing “science” enforced by official narratives. We believe policy should follow from science, never the other way around. We understand that narrative-based science falls outside the demarcation of science and is damaging to public health – and to the public’s understanding of the role of science, and, in fact, the very definition of science.
Also in 2020, Dr. James Lyons-Weiler announced IPAK-EDU’s Public Health Policy Initiative (PHPI). This initiative aims to ensure that public health policies and laws are based on a full consideration of available knowledge derived from robust science. According to Dr. Lyons-Weiler:
“While IPAK will continue to conduct basic, clinical, and translational biomedical research in a completely unbiased manner and publish results regardless of the outcome, it will also increasingly focus on questions of policy and law that impact public health. This includes laws that impact public health and cases and rulings that impact citizens’ expression of self-governance through law. We’re putting the Public back into Public Health.”
Now, in 2024, IPAK-EDU LLC has broadened its scope to publish any study of interest to the academic community – and to the lay public – in any aspect of Science, Public Health Policy, Clinical Science, Law, Ethics, Diagnostics, and Mind Science. Each Section has its own Section Editor, and has its specialized Section Associate Editor and Editorial Board. Researchers who are interested in joining our editorial board and serving on any of the section boards are invited to contact us by first joining our reviewer pool, and sending us your resume with a cover letter explaining your vision for the Section(s) you would like to serve.
Professionals and layperson alike are invited to support this initiative, by joining the World Society for Ethical Science. Together, WSES and the PHPI program work tireless to ensure a reality-based, science-based future for all of humanity that respects traditions and never – ever – promotes falsehoods to manipulate public perception.
Please enjoy reading the high-impact studies and papers in the pages of Science, Public Health Policy & the Law.
