Banning food dyes; Lowering energy costs; Cutting govt. waste

The FDA has announced it’s finally ready to take action to ban a food dye commonly used in our food, including in food for children, that’s long been associated with serious health risks: red dye number three.

But that’s not the only chemical additive in question in America’s food supply.

Sunday on Full Measure I’ll examine the battle some consumers have fought against government and industry.

In the absence of federal health officials quickly responding to concerns, some states have decided to take action on their own.

Also Sunday: Donald Trump has promised the high price of gas and other energy in America will soon be coming down.

Scott Thuman examines the possibility that will actually happen.

And Lisa Fletcher digs into efforts by the Department of Government Efficiency or DOGE to cut back on trillions of dollars in taxpayer spending.

Can Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy keep their ambitious promise?

See you Sunday!
