I want to point out first that the FBI actually made no serious attempt to solve the anthrax letters case. Instead they chased a series of patsies and tried to look like they were doing something useful and developing a new branch of forensic science—all of which was baloney.

The portrait of Ivins created by the FBI was entirely different than the person we knew. Ivins’ community honored him after death, giving the lie to the FBI’s false biography.

When Congress was not impressed with Robert Mueller’s discussion of the case (Mueller appeared as the only witness in back-to-back House and Senate hearings about the case in mid-September 2008, which I attended), Mueller stated the FBI had asked the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) to review the scientific analysis that FBI claimed proved the anthrax in the letters had been grown from anthrax in Ivins’ flask. FBI then contracted with the NAS to study the FBI’s scientific methods.

But then the FBI was apparently not happy with the way the NAS study was going. Just before completion, the FBI dumped a new load of documents for the NAS to review, delaying its report—and then the FBI issued its own final report to get out in front of the NAS.

It took 18 months after FBI claimed it had solved the case—”solved” 3 days after Ivins’ suicide in 2008—before FBI released its 2010 report of its nearly 7 year investigation. I happened to be mentioned in it, though the statement about me was another FBI fantasy. Ivins killed himself after the FBI had harrassed him terribly (and several other Fort Detrick staff members) for a prolonged period, and finally told Ivins they were going to identify him as the perpetrator and ask for the death penalty. The FBI needed a death to close the case, since they had no evidence that would stand up in a court of law. And they put enough pressure on Ivins so they got one.

Later in 2010 I was asked to present on the case, and I was able to completely take down the FBI’s case, listing more than 20 flaws in the FBI’s facts and reasoning, and explaining how there was actually NO direct evidence of any kind linking Ivins to the letters, nor evidence of means, motive and opportunity. Then in 2011 the National Academies produced their report, an entire book, which pointed out that the FBI’s shiny new science did not necessarily indicate Ivins’ flask as the source of the parent spores. Hmmmm…

Suddenly, FBI changed its tune. No longer had it solved the case using its wonderful new forensic methods. Instead, it was the “totality” of the investigation that had solved it. Whatever that means.

In 2014, the GAO, Congress’ investigative arm, produced their report on the FBI’s investigation. They agreed with the National Academies report that FBI had not validated its procedures, and failed to prove where the spores came from.

Robert Mueller, the FBI Director during the entire anthrax letters case, has a long history of putting innocent men in prison to cover up the crimes of others, starting with Whitey Bulger’s Irish mob in the 1980s. This is probably why he was given the FBI Director post, just before 9/11 happened. Congressman Louie Gohmert wrote about this history here:

In 2015, the FBI agent who had directed the anthrax letters investigation for its first year and a half went public with accusations that the FBI had evidence exonerating Ivins, which it hid, and instead railroaded him for the crime.

Interestingly, Derrick Broze and Mary Holland, who spoke before me at the conference, also talked about the parallels between the 9/11-anthrax events and other “false flag” attacks, making many of the same points I raised in the slide just above.

Below, I list ten things that arose from the anthrax letters event, and below that I provide additional information about the last seven.

The US Biodefense program went from under $1 billion dollars a year before 2001 to $6-7 billion in the decade after 2001. The following decade it expanded to $10-11 billion a year. During COVID, the Biden administration requested $20 billion a year in the 2024 budget.

Vaccines suddenly became a silver bullet: the “solution” to pandemics and biowarfare attacks, even though this made no sense at all, because you can’t develop a vaccine fast enough to affect a pandemic. What you need are repurposed drugs or possibly monoclonal antibodies, and NIH should be giving out grants to test existing drugs against all the classes of viruses (and bacteria) we know about. This research could provide those magic bullets when a new virus strikes. But of course, there is no money in most existing drugs when they are off-patent.

Vaccines for everything from acne to cancer became big business, while Congress kept carving out liability shields for their manufacturers. The CDC’s recommended childhood vaccine schedule more than doubled.

The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovation (CEPI) was introduced at Davos in 2017 by Bill Gates and Jeremy Farrar, promising impossible solutions to pandemics, like 100 day vaccines, if you just give them money. I heard CEPI mentioned today in a WHO briefing about Congo’s Bundibugyo Ebola epidemic—CEPI is first at running a clinical trial for an Ebola vaccine, but actually, none of several vaccine candidates have gotten very far in development and clinical trials. So much for the 100 day vaccine concept.

Africans are less trusting than Westerners when it comes to receiving an experimental vaccine brought to you by 2 crooks (Bill and Jeremy) with a long rap sheet behind them. Billy has many failed vaccine trials in Africa to his name, while Jeremy managed to stay in the background of those Wellcome funded and WHO helped manage. WHO never has published the results of its COVID vaccines adaptive clinial trial.

Below the first slide, you can read why the whole concept of pandemic preparedness and pandemic vaccines makes no sense when you actually apply critical thought to it.

Below is an old slide that shows we need to be worried about our pandemic preparedness. 200 reported accidents a year in the US alone. 895 people exposed or possibly exposed to a pandemic pathogen that we know of, in 2018 alone.

I explain why WHO, CEPI, and global elites are so enamoured with pandemics and preparedness.

And then I show 3 slides that contain screen shots from drafts of the WHO Pandemic Treaty to reveal what the WHO was trying to achieve, with extraordinary ambition and audacity:

• the management of global gain-of-function research by its own hand-picked committee

• the reduction of existing safety standards in high containment labs doing GOF research

• the widespread proliferarion of potential pandemic pathogens to anyone who wanted them, esentially

I must mention that none of these proposals made it into the final Pandemic Treaty, possibly helped by Door to Freedom’s wide exposure of the WHO’s proposals.

The third slide shows that the WHO already established its BioHub system, and freely acknowledges that its purpose is to spread pathogens around—pathogens with pandemic potential.

The next slide contains a lot of verbiage, which can be ignored. It merely shows that current US law does NOT allow any sharing of pathogens unless CDC or USDA has approved the transfer.

The WHO sought an estimated $30-45 Billion dollars/year to manage a worldwide biosecurity system. For which it has no expertise. No wonder it has worked so hard to get the Pandemic Treaty completed. (Yet after multiple delays, there is still no agreement on pathogen sharing and the benefits that will accrue to those who share these deadly weapons.)

The UN wanted to get into the act of managing global emergencies. It proposed a mechanism very similar to what the WHO sought with its draft treaties: the ability to declare global shocks and then manage them, without requiring the approval of the member states.

In the first slide I explain why the biodefense industry can be immensely lucrative, even for start-up companies without a track record, especially if they already have a relationship with the right government officials.

In the second slide I explain why globalist oligarchs like the biosecurity agenda so much, beyond its impressive profitability.

In the final slide I discuss what might be done to rein in the biosecuirty runaway train. Its Achilles heel is the liability shield—without it, the companies will not provide rapidly developed products to governments. It we can get rid of the liability shields we will have dealt this industry a death blow. And we will never have to deal with deadly pandemic vaccine mandates again.
