(POLL) 94% say US govt should spend less

An overwhelming majority say the US government should spend less rather than raise taxes.

That’s according to the latest unscientific poll at SharylAttkisson.com.

Ninety-four percent (94%) say the US govt should spend less.

Five percent (5%) say the government should both raise taxes and spend less, while less than 1% say it should raise taxes. Less than 1% say neither.

The results show spending cuts are overwhelmingly preferred over raising taxes among those who participated in the poll.
