Eighteen-month-old twins, Dallas and Tyson, were found dead just one week after receiving routine vaccinations. The babies had shown signs of illness immediately after receiving the flu, DTaP, and Hepatitis A shots during their 18-month wellness visit. Despite a family history of vaccine reactions and visible symptoms, their sudden deaths triggered a police investigation, and the parents were brought in for questioning.

Dr. Pierre Kory, who reviewed the twins’ medical records, said both children had been healthy at the time of vaccination.

“These children died at almost 19 months old, right after their 18-month wellness visit with the vaccines. And at that time, they were really normal kids, very healthy, no major issues.”

He described these types of deaths as tragically frequent.

“These kinds of deaths are tragic, and unfortunately, as common as the day is long.”

Angela Wulbrecht, a nurse with the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, helped the family report the case to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). She said a VAERS reviewer told her she was processing “thousands and thousands” of similar infant death reports.

Kory pointed to decades of data showing that many unexplained infant deaths occur shortly after vaccination.

“The elephant in the living room is the fact that these kids are dying right after vaccination. The temporal association just pops right off the page.”

He cited a 2021 Toxicology Reports study reviewing vaccine-related sudden infant deaths and VAERS data. According to the research, unexplained deaths—sometimes called crib deaths—were nearly nonexistent before the 1960s, but rose sharply with mass vaccination programs.

In 1992, the American Academy of Pediatrics launched the “Back to Sleep” campaign, advising parents to place babies on their backs. Though SIDS rates appeared to drop, Kory said vaccine-related death codes were removed from death certificates at the same time, and other unexplained causes like suffocation increased.

He said the shift was in the coding—not in actual mortality.

Dr. Brian Hooker, chief scientific officer at Children’s Health Defense, warned about neurotoxic ingredients found in the vaccines given to the twins, including aluminum, mercury, and Polysorbate 80. He said these toxins can affect neurons in the brainstem that regulate breathing.

This case, experts say, reflects a pattern seen far too often—where grieving families are left with no answers, and warning signs go ignored. Families are often treated as suspects, while the broader public remains unaware of the consistent timing and volume of these infant deaths.
